As part of our Internet consulting services, Williams Consulting provides
basic web site development for its clients. Web site development may include any of the following:
 web
page design and development
web page updating/editing/redesign
web site hosting
domain name registration
web site registration with search engines
Our hosting service provides an inexpensive way for clients to make
information about their organizations available over the Internet. Client web pages we host are actually stored
in a folder under the Williams Consulting domain. If a client chooses to pay to register its own domain name, the
client's web pages at our site can then be accessed using that domain name (e.g., www.clientname.com). Otherwise,
client pages hosted at Williams Consulting can be accessed at www.rlwconsulting.com/clientname/.
Clients may also choose to acquire an account with an independent web
hosting provider and have Williams Consulting manage the account. Such an account, providing ample bandwidth for
most uses -- even for very large sites -- ranges in cost from $17.95 to 29.95 per month. These usually provide
5-25 e-mail boxes for the client's staff, as well. Our consulting fee for site management includes uploading/downloading
pages from the client's site, obtaining and providing statistical usage reports, and notifying the client of any
problems with the hosted site.
The table below indicates our general fees for developing client web
sites. Depending on the complexity, or simplicity, of the site, other terms can be negotiated. Sophisticated graphic
and multimedia development is generally beyond the scope of our services.
